Who we are

My Green Grant ("we", "us") operates My Green Grant (https://mygreengrant.co.uk). We are an independent information and matching service and the data controller for information you submit. Contact: hello@mygreengrant.co.uk.

What we collect

• Details you submit in the enquiry form: name, email, phone, postcode and your enquiry details.
• Anonymous page feedback (a rating and the page it was on).
• Basic technical data your browser sends (e.g. IP address), for security and to run the site.

Why we use it — and our lawful basis

We use your enquiry details to match you with relevant vetted installers, on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

With your consent, we pass your enquiry to vetted, MCS-certified installers (or lead partners) relevant to your request and area, so they can contact you with a quote. We do not sell your data for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose above, and no longer than 12 months, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

Your rights

You can access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your data, ask for data portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@mygreengrant.co.uk.

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and seek consent where required.

Complaints
